The purpose of this session is to identify common issues or areas of mutual interest across member organizations based on the presentations heard during the workshop and to develop concrete actions the members of the Forum can take to further the advancement of software defined radio, cognitive radio and dynamic spectrum access technologies throughout the wireless community. Such actions may include forming a new special interest group within the Forum to allow for further discussion on relevant topics, or initiating projects within the Forum to develop reports, recommendations and specifications with international impact. Participation in the discussion will be open to all meeting participants, but decisions on actions will be limited to those representing member organizations.
